II. Aviation Composite Parts
With the opportunity of homemade large aircraft project, Newtech has built a brand-new standardized plant and introduced a variety of advanced equipment for production, processing and inspection. In 2019, Newtech successfully obtained the AS9100 system certification, laying a solid foundation for aviation parts. The main business scope includes the design, production, sales, after-sales service, technical consultation and related services of aviation composite structural parts, interior trim parts and other parts.
In terms of hardware facilities, Newtech has built production workshops of about 20,000 square meters in use, among which the cleaning room in Phase I is 800 square meters. The area will reach 2,400 square meters after the Phase II. The shop is equipped with equipment related to the production of various parts such as autoclave and oven.
In terms of software, Newtech has formulated various management standards and operating instructions based on the AS9100 system and the summary of trial-manufacture experience of various test parts and has formulated ERP system, WMS system and PLM system based on production process.
In terms of personnel allocation, Newtech has gradually cultivated a team of professional and technical personnel belonging to Newtech Aviation and established a sound talent cultivation system by absorbing professionals in the field of aviation, colleges and universities and the field of new materials application research at home and abroad. Newtech provides a solid talent base for achieving the goal of producing and delivering high-quality products.

III. Aviation Tooling
At present, Newtech Aviation mainly involves five types of process dies: autoclave die, pultrusion die, HP-RTM die, wet molding die, prepreg molding die. Tooling involves: composite processing tooling, composite preforming tooling, composite assembly tooling, composite testing tooling and auxiliary tooling for composite forming.

Newtech Aviation has independently developed, designed and manufactured automatic prepreg slitting and rewinding equipment capable of slitting 1/4 inch prepreg tow, with reliable film coating of rewinding material roll, stable lead and compact package.
